false DMCA

More Nonsense from Larry Cook

March 2, 2014 // 8 Comments

Edited by Rach The false-hope peddler Larry Cook has come to my attention once again. It’s not because he has produced anything particularly extraordinary over the past two years but rather because he had the audacity to file a false DMCA against one of my videos critical of his. He has since removed the DMCA (without giving me an apology) presumably after realising that gloating about it on Facebook whilst admitting that my video was a review of his left him open to legal action. Update and yet more DMCAs

February 26, 2014 // 16 Comments

There seems to be a little bit of confusion after I posted the video “AIDS denialists file DMCAs against me” about the exact number of DMCAs I had received. February 5, 2014 // 22 Comments

A false DMCA has been filed against one of my videos by the AIDS denialist, Liam Scheff. The videos I have been making over the past 2 months, critical of the documentary House of Numbers, are non-profit and made for educational purposes. They are protected under fair use and thus, by filing a DMCA against one of them, Liam Scheff has opened himself up to legal action. Unfortunately, the only way to counter the DMCA at the moment is to allow YouTube to send all my information to Liam. As you [...]
